Contractor & home improvement financing
Home improvement financing that signs the job today.
Homeowners rarely budget for a new roof, an HVAC replacement or a remodel. Put an affordable monthly payment in front of them during the estimate, before they shop your quote around.

The problem
Why good estimates don't close.
Big tickets, surprise timing
Repairs and replacements often aren't planned. Homeowners delay or choose the cheapest bid.
Shopping the quote
Once you leave the house without a signed contract, the homeowner starts comparing bids.
Declines lose jobs
When your one financing partner declines a homeowner, you lose a job you've already estimated.
How contractor financing works
One application. Every lender. Every applicant.
Offer it at the estimate
Show the monthly payment with your quote and send the application to the homeowner's phone.
One application
The waterfall checks 17 BNPL and consumer lenders, then Everyone Is Approved programs and your LMPP plans.
Sign and schedule
The homeowner picks a payment and e-signs on the spot. You're paid upfront by the lender, or weekly through LMPP.
17 BNPL & consumer lenders
Prime, near-prime and second-look lenders, checked in order.
Everyone Is Approved programs
Catch applicants the lenders above decline.
Your own payment plans (LMPP)
Your terms and rates, anywhere in the waterfall.
Lender Managed Payment Plan
Keep the financing income on your jobs
Lenders charge contractors merchant fees and keep the interest homeowners pay. LMPP lets you offer your own payment plans on the jobs you choose, set your own rates, and keep 90% of what's collected while we handle billing and collections.
No merchant fee. Client Financing keeps 10% of what's collected.

FAQ
Home Improvement financing questions
How can contractors offer financing to customers?
Sign up as a merchant, and you'll get an application link you can send to homeowners from your phone or add to your website and estimates.
Can homeowners with bad credit finance a project?
Yes. Applications move down the waterfall to second-look lenders and Everyone Is Approved programs, so homeowners with challenged credit can still receive an offer.
When does the contractor get paid?
When a lender approves the homeowner, the lender pays you upfront. On LMPP, you're paid weekly as the homeowner pays.
Can I offer financing on small repairs too?
Yes. You set the minimum and maximum amounts on your LMPP programs, and lender minimums vary.
