Client Financing

Lender Managed Payment Plan

Stop selling your deals. Start owning them.

With traditional financing, the lender takes a 15–50% merchant fee and keeps the interest your customer pays. LMPP lets you offer your own payment plans and keep 90% of what's collected, while we handle origination, servicing and collections.

How LMPP works

Your programs. Our operations.

  1. You build the programs

Set terms, amounts, down payments, 0% and same-as-cash promotions, and which credit tiers get in. Charge different interest rates by tier, from 0% to 29.99%. Changes go live immediately.

  2. We run everything else

Client Financing originates every plan and handles loan agreements, disclosures, billing and state rules. You don't have to become a finance company.

  3. You get paid weekly

Customers pay by card or ACH, with automatic retries on temporary declines. You receive 90% of every cleared payment, every week.

The split is simple.

No merchant fee and no per-transaction fees. We keep 10% of what's collected to run the platform and the servicing team, so we only earn when you do.

The real cost of financing

What is lender financing really costing you?

When a lender funds your sale, you pay a merchant fee, and the lender also keeps every dollar of interest your customer pays. Enter your numbers to see both.

Once your portfolio matures, LMPP pays you about $0 a month from scheduled payments.

Estimates for one year of sales. Assumes customers pay as agreed with no down payment, and that you keep 90% of what's collected on LMPP. LMPP pays out weekly as customers pay, not upfront.

Need cash now?

Three ways to turn your portfolio into cash.

The biggest reason businesses stay with upfront lenders is cash flow. LMPP gives you options.

Hold90%

of every cleared payment, paid out weekly. The most upside, and a monthly income that grows with every plan you write.

Sell60–80%

of the remaining principal. After 4–6 on-time payments, a contract becomes eligible and we can buy it. Selling is always optional.*

Borrow1.5–4×

your portfolio as a line of credit from a lending partner, once you have 6+ months in business, 6+ months on LMPP and a $1M+ portfolio.

* If you sell a contract and the customer misses or is late on either of the next 2 payments, you repurchase it for the purchase price minus payments already collected. Line of credit terms are set by the lending partner.

In-house servicing

Real people collect, with care.

A US-based, bilingual team of 16 handles reminders, late accounts, retention and saves. They're trained to work with students, patients and clients, not scripted like debt collectors. Your front desk never has to chase a payment.

Start small

Begin with the customers you're losing today.

Most merchants add LMPP to the bottom of their waterfall to catch customers their lenders decline. As payments come in and your monthly income grows, you move more deals over, at your own pace.

  1. Catch the declines

Sales you were losing become payment plans you own.

  2. Watch it work

See how we collect and how payouts reach your account each week.

  3. Shift more deals

As your portfolio grows, rely less on upfront lenders and their fees.
